Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinkPilot, a product of Geminate Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

LinkPilot is a Chrome extension and web app that helps you write LinkedIn comments and posts in your own voice, learn from how you already write, schedule content, and keep your account safe. LinkPilot assists you. It does not act on your behalf without your explicit action.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use LinkPilot. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LinkPilot to send spam, harass others, publish unlawful or deceptive content, scrape data you are not entitled to, resell the service, or interfere with its operation. You may not use LinkPilot in any way that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement.

LinkedIn compliance

You are responsible for your own LinkedIn account and for following LinkedIn's rules. LinkPilot is designed to keep you within safe limits: it suggests content for you to review and post yourself, enforces rate limits and daily caps, and pauses on warning signals. LinkPilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.

Subscriptions and billing

LinkPilot offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, which are added where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

You own the content you create with LinkPilot. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. LinkPilot, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us, and nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

Disclaimers

LinkPilot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results such as reach, engagement, followers, or revenue. The service depends on third parties, including LinkedIn and AI providers, whose availability we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights, including LinkedIn's terms.

Termination

You may stop using LinkPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
