We want LinkPilot to be worth it. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Try before you pay
LinkPilot has a free plan with no time limit and no card required. We encourage you to use it before upgrading so you know the tool fits how you work.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid monthly plan and are not happy, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no interrogation. This applies to your first paid month only.
Annual plans
Annual plans come with a 14-day money-back window from the date of your first annual payment. Request it within 14 days and we will refund the full amount.
Renewals and mid-cycle cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for time left in a billing period once it has started, except where required by law.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the error promptly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, tell us which charge you want refunded, and we will take it from there. We aim to respond within two business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve a billing issue faster and more fairly than a dispute can.
