Delivery Policy

LinkPilot is a digital software-as-a-service product operated by Geminate Solutions Private Limited. This policy explains how we deliver it.

No physical shipment

LinkPilot is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are shipped or couriered, so no shipping charges apply.

How access is delivered

When your payment is successful, access to your subscribed plan is delivered electronically and activated immediately. You use LinkPilot through your account at thelinkpilot.com and the LinkPilot Chrome extension, which you install from the Chrome Web Store.

Timing

Access is normally available within a few minutes of a successful payment. If your plan is not active shortly after you pay, email [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.
